Carol will share some of her favorite comfort food recipes as well as recipes handed down from her family. Students will participate in preparing and tasting a delicious main dish and take home recipes and leftovers to enjoy later. The final week of class students will learn to create a simple but delicious Easter dinner that can be scaled to accommodate groups from 2 to 20 people. Supplies are included but students should bring a small container for leftovers and apron to each class. Class size is limited – enroll early! |
