Proper grooming is an important part of your dog's care and in this class you will learn how to keep your dog well groomed between trips to the professional groomer. Each week two or three of the students' pets will be scheduled so there will be plenty of learning opportunities on different breeds. The class is taught by a professional groomer who will demonstrate proper techniques and guide each student in hands-on learning.  Students will learn about grooming equipment and products and their proper usage; how to correctly bathe, condition, blow dry, and brush their dog; as well as learn about ear and tooth hygiene, and nail care. 

Classes will be held at Kloud K-9 on 708 East 15th Street in Joplin.  Please do not bring dogs to the first class and be sure rabies vaccinations are current.
