| Certified Medication Technician |

CMT class prepares qualified candidate for employment as Certified Medication Technician in intermediate care or skilled nursing facilities. The course consists of at least 60 classroom hours and 8 hours of clinical observation under the direct supervision of a licensed RN. Prerequisites: Proof of high school diploma or GED, valid MO CNA license in good standing for minimum of 6 months, letter of recommendation from Director of Nursing or Administrator of Facility, passing score on T.A.B.E (Testing Adult Basic Education) test which must be taken before enrollment. T.A.B.E fee $10.00 Contact:(417) 625-5263 for test times. Book fees are included in tuition. |
